Noahs' 2nd Birthday part 3

I think before I start telling you about part 3, I should mention that each part happened on different days.
Okay part 3 was for family. We had cake and opened presents. Cris's uncle and cousins were there, tami and her kids, my mom, my sister and her daughter and of course cris's family was being skyped on the computer ( you can see them on the computer in the last picture). It has been such a blessing for us to have skype. It is bastically a video conference call. We talk to them and see them all the time. That way even though they are in Mexico, Noah can still see them when he wants. Noah was so used to blowing out candles that he sometimes acts like he is blowing something and that means he wants a treat (like cake or cupcakes) and he wants us to sing to him. We still do even though it is months later. We love him so much and are so grateful to have him we celebrate his birthday all the time. :):)

Noah's birthday Part 2

For Noah's birthday with his friends he had a Phineas and Ferb Backyard beach party. Phineas and Ferb is his favorite cartoon to watch with his dad. They play with sand and ice cubes with sea shells in it. He of course had to have a pinata (cris looked everywhere for a phineas pinata and couldn't find one. Then a week or so after his party we saw them everywhere) and Noah was even sporting his new Phineas and Ferb tee shirt. Notice anything about Noah's guests???Yes they are all girls. Actually, his best friend is a little girls from church. They are only a few weeks apart in age but she was not able to be there because she was out of the country and his other friend who is a boy could only come for the begining. Everybody seemed to have a great time and Noah birthday part part 2 was down with one more to go.

Noah's 2nd birthday Part 1

For Noah's 2nd birthday (which was back on August 16th... SORRY) we took him to Train Town in Sonoma. The kid is totally into trains. Every train he sees he wants. He loves to connect them and make the sounds. He even carries around the movie Polar Express because it has the train in it. He was so distracted by everything he saw there it was hard to get a good picture with hime actually looking at the camera. Train town has been around forever it seems. I even went as a kid. It has got alot better since them though. The train takes you to a little town that now has full buildings the kids can walk into where everthing is kid sized. They can sit in the desks at the school and play with the books, they can play in the jail, they can even sit in the outhouse. When I was a kid it was just the front of the building and that was just for show. You didn't go in. They also still have the animal farm. Noah also got to go on the roller coaster (he loved the rush, he had his hands up during the second go around) and the carousel.
